Data collection (minimal)
We collect only what is needed to run the service: account identifier, encrypted keys, and billing metadata. Messages are stored locally on your device only — Sable servers never receive message content.
Encryption and zero-knowledge
Messages and vault entries are encrypted client-side. Sable servers do not have plaintext access to your private content. Messages travel peer-to-peer — the server is never in the message path.
Data retention
Message data is retained only on your device, subject to your plan and feature settings (including disappearing timers). Account owners may delete their account at any time.
GDPR basics
EU users may request access, correction, export, or deletion of their personal data (account identifiers and billing records), subject to legal obligations.
